Investors in People (IIP)
Our philosophy is grounded in our belief that life long learning is the key to surviving the challenge of a changing world; it helps us to become more flexible and to adapt to the changing requirements of the world of work.
While this is certainly true for individuals it is also true for organisations in the private, public, and voluntary sectors, as they try to adapt to changes in their own marketplaces and environments.
As a company we have found that our own journey to becoming a recognised Investor in People in 2008 has helped us to continually improve what we do and how we do it. It has also opened doors for us to access more funding for the training of our people and it can do the same for your organisation.

IIP recognition has clear advantages to assist school improvement plans. Several aspects of the IIP Model match the National Standards for Headteachers and can also be mapped to the achievement of ESTYN Inspection Standards.
