Skill Build Programmes

 

Skill Build Programmes are Welsh Assembly Government funded programmes that prepare unemployed learners for work. Learners are referred to us through their local Jobcentre.  Each referral has an in-depth assessment that allows us to identify any leaning needs.  Our Skill Build Programmes last 30 weeks. This includes 4-5 weeks (depending on individual assessment) in a centre and 25-26 weeks in placement.

 

We currently offer Skill Build in either Classroom/Nursery Assistant or Care Practitioner

Modern Apprenticeships (MA) and Foundation Modern Apprenticeships (FMA)

 

Modern Apprenticeships (MA) and Foundation Modern Apprenticeships (FMA) are 100% funded by the Welsh Assembly Government. They provide an opportunity for employers to qualifyl their staff.

 

The learner completes a Framework, Technical Certificate, NVQ and Key Skills.

 

We currently offer MA and FMA programmes in Classroom/Nursery Assistant or Care Practitioner.

Bespoke

 

Bespoke is a fully flexible learning solution part funded by Welsh Assembly Government. Each programme is designed to meet the specific needs of the employer and learner. Which is usually the NVQ qualification of the apprenticeship framework.
